ETS was established in 1993 by Susan L. Old, Senior Civil Designer/CADD Technician, to provide quality technical design support to engineers, surveyors, planners, municipalities and/or private developers with special emphasis towards the use of various computer design applications designed to enhance CADD production.
Our highly skilled staff offers a broad range of experience in computer design technology with proven expertise in master planning, civil, environmental, transportation, landscaping, and architectural disciplines including electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
ETS is a S-Corporation company which is certified with the Florida Department of Transportation and State of Florida General Services, as a Minority (Woman owned) Business Enterprise.
ETS specializes in the utilization of the latest versions of Bentley's MicroStation as well as AutoCad Software. Through our years of experience, we have acquired the ability to use many specialized design software packages such as Inroads, Geopak, Carlson and Descartes (to name a few) to enhance our abilities and level of design.
